“According to IRNA, Sistan and Baluchestan, with the production of the best and highest quality pistachios, is one of the most important production centers of this product in the country.

Due to the lack of processing and packaging workshops, pistachios with its production quality are in obscurity and inevitably closed.

Some are issued with the names of other regions of the country.

Due to its proximity to the equator and the use of sea moisture, this province has a great ability to produce tropical and subtropical and sometimes unique products such as mango, banana, papaya, guava, watermelon, pineapple, coconut, local olives, citrus and so on.

Agricultural production is common in Sistan and Baluchestan throughout the year and the lands of some areas of this province such as Nikshahr, Sarbaz, Iranshahr, Konarak and Chabahar can produce twice as much each year.
