The farmer continued by stating that the region’s raisins are graded and the quality of the products in size, color, packaging and cleanliness of the product is well considered by the farmers: Last year, 70 to 80 thousand tomans per kilo of raisins were bought from the farmer When the sale of farmers’ products was over, they offered the product to the market with amounts such as 180 to 200 thousand Tomans.

The cost price of raisin production in other countries is lower than in Iran, and until their production is completed, traders and merchants will not buy Iranian raisins.

Only 10% of raisin production has been exported. The CEO of a trading company active in the field of raisins also said: the production cost has doubled compared to last year, and due to the higher cost price of raisins produced in the country compared to other countries, our raisin market is practically Is in recession. Alireza Naeimi, stating that the price of currency has a great impact on the raisin market, added: “Although the quality of Iranian products is competitive with other countries and this year’s products are of higher quality than last year, but this year only about 10 percentage of that Raisin is exported.

He said: This year, the base price of raisins in the stock market has been set at 600,000 rials. The CEO of this trading company added: The cost price of raisin production in other countries is lower than in Iran, and until their production is completed, traders and merchants will not buy Iranian raisins.

He stated that in the last two years, raisins have been introduced to the stock exchange, which has been made available to gardeners as one of the sales methods in addition to the traditional methods. Transparency and price discovery helped gardeners well last year, which is expected to be more popular with raisin stock for sale this year. Director of Khalilabad Agricultural Jihad, stating that we should get out of traditional horticulture andirrigation to achieve better utilization, said: In this regard, recommending and promoting gardens with a new system in the scaffolding system and developing grape cultivation in greenhouses are included in the city’s agricultural jihad programs.

The city ranks first in the production of grapes and raisins in the province and fifth in the country. The shepherd said that the good cooperation of gardeners with experts in the field of agriculture has led to the correct implementation of technical issues, noting that this year’s raisin product has much better quality and better marketing than last year. He stated: “Unfortunately, the bulk sale of raisins has led to the non-introduction of Khalilabad raisins and the misuse of raisins in other cities of this city, as well as the decrease in the selling price of this product.

” Shaban emphasized: launching and allocating credits and facilities for health centers, allocating low-utility credits for new breeding systems, increasing raisin washing workshops, using superior cultivars in production to reduce waste from harvest to the consumer market and improving the technical knowledge of users, for Increasing the quality of grapes and raisins will be very effective. It is clear that Khalilabad city in the field of agriculture and horticulture is one of the centers of production of grapes and raisins in Khorasan Razavi province and some in the country. It should be on the agenda of the officials, but the lack of launching conversion industries and regulating the market of grapes and raisins for the city, which is the agricultural hub of the province, is a major weakness that can be very effective in balancing the market of products.
